A 90-120 minute appointment with you and your partner or support person to answer all the questions you have about feeding your baby, and to make sure that you are ready for once baby arrives.

Whether it’s your first baby or your last, I am here to listen and answer any questions you might have about future or past experiences with infant feeding.

We can cover any or all topics that will help your reach your goals which may include –

• Hopes, goals and expectations
• Previous experiences
• Positioning and attachment
• Early days
• 4th Trimester
• Skin to skin contact
• Hand expression and colostrum harvesting
• How breastfeeding works
• Using a newborn stretchy wrap in the early days and beyond
• How to ask for help from family and friends

If you would like me to give you more information about using a sling or carrier (beyond a stretchy wrap), or would like to be fitted for maternity and nursing bras during this visit, just choose the appropriate option and I can make sure to schedule the appropriate amount of time.  I’ll also message you to find out what slings and carriers you would like to try out, and your approximate bra size (if you know, although small or large are appropriate answers)
